CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and mine, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. • A valid card is required to book and will be charged in the event of a violation. • Repeat offenses may result in refusal of future appointments.
